However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund for your purchase. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

1.1 Class Reservations:
If you have made a reservation for a any classes, workshop, or event at Namasteyog, we kindly request that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Retreats and Workshops:
Cancellation requests for retreats and workshops must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the event start date. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the event start date, a refund will not be issued, but you may transfer your registration to another person.

Refund Policy

2.1 Classes and Memberships:
The subscription fee, also referred to as the joining fee, is non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances. In case a client has to withdraw from the classes, for either academic, personal, medical or any administrative reasons, only 50% of the subscriptipn fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis, till the first seven days from the mentioned date of joining at the time of enrollment, post which refunds will not be granted. Refunds for individual classes and drop-in sessions are not provided.

No refund shall be made incase a student is expelled from the classes on disciplinary grounds.

Refunds for unused days or sessions within a membership period will not be provided.

2.2 Retreats and Workshops:
Refunds for retreats and workshops will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section above. However, In the event that Namasteyog cancels a retreat or workshop, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Refund Processing
All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receiving your written request.The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Changes to Reservations

Namasteyog reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, retreats, or events due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative options will be provided. Namasteyog can also change the batch timings if low enrollment or any other technical issue was found.

Non-Transferable
Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original purchaser or account holder.
